God's Power

The world is full of wonders big and small. Our God is so creative, he knew the exact place our planet had to be so it wouldn't burn up or freeze. And yet he also made every little cell in your body. The universe as we know it is unending but it is still a tiny speak in God's giant hand. And as small as you are in this world, God still sees, knows, cares about, and loves YOU. Never in a million years would you be able to create a world so intricate that every leaf is like its own little factory. But God did it in only seven days. With a world so big to us, do you ever wonder how God can even see you? Well, he can because he's inside of you twenty-four-seven. Isn't it amazing to know that a God big enough to to hold the universe in place is inside of you? He has so much power that it's impossible to fathom how much he has. But aren't you glad that when you believe in him all this power is inside of YOU?

Learning from Your Mistkes

We all make mistakes. We say the wrong thing, we give the wrong impression. All of these are part of life. Making mistakes is embarrassing - we blush or go white - but one thing you can be sure of; you'll never make that mistake again; Mistakes are there to teach us how to do things without hurry, to make us see that we're the same as everyone else. Like a bird learning to fly, you will fail many times but you will learn from your mistakes unless you keep trying. You may blush when you make a mistake, but a wise person knows that it is always smarter to brush it off and learn from your mistakes.

Humility

Humility is a great virtue, but it is hard to maintain. You will win contests, complete races in record time, and win numerous prizes. When these things happen, your mind tells you that because you won, you're better. Beat down those thoughts, those seeds of wickedness sent by satan. God is the ultimate prize, but we can never earn him; no matter what we do, we are imperfect. But God, through his love for us, gives us salvation. So with great humility, accept God's love.
